Logistics & Shipping Policy: FCA Incoterms via Air Freight
To ensure secure and efficient delivery, we utilize Air Freight as our primary logistics method. All international trades are structured under FCA (Free Carrier) terms, with costs and risks allocated as follows:
1. Delivery to a Buyer-Designated Carrier
KSPE covers the domestic inland freight charges to the buyer's designated forwarder or location (e.g., airport warehouse) within South Korea and bears all risks until the delivery is complete. Upon handover, all subsequent international shipping costs (air freight, duties) and risks transfer entirely to the buyer.
2. Pickup by a KSPE-Arranged Carrier (Express Couriers, etc.)
All risks transfer to the buyer the exact moment the goods are fully loaded onto the carrier's vehicle at our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for the entire logistics expenses, including domestic pickup fees and international air freight.
